Top class service!

I ordered a TV in the evening and at 9.03 the next morning I received a call from Colin apologising that the TV I'd ordered couldn't be fulfilled. He explained that they had three in stock and four orders went through around the same time. I knew this could've been possible as I'd been checking different retailers and most were sold out with a few having limited stock. Colin felt the agreement should be honoured and offered the updated model at no extra cost. The price of the TV I ordered initially was the cheapest I'd found by far, to then be given an upgraded model at no extra cost is honestly the best customer service I've ever received. I'll be recommending Electrical Experience to everyone. It's too easy to rely on the big retailers but I've never had Amazing service from any of them. Thanks Colin and thanks Electrical Experience.

Personal Service

A seamless transaction and spoke with a real person! Expertly delivered by a specialist company, although there is no given delivery time once a day has been set. The price was very good as well.The TV itself is phenomenal, and meets with all the reviews.

Fantastic Knowledge and Service

Fantastic service from this independent retailer. Ordered online, as this supplier was the most competitive on Price Spy, and was contacted by Colin, who was working from home because of the current Coronavirus Lockdown, who advised me about my purchase and delivery options. The product arrived as arranged. I am very pleased with the product and the knowledgeable advice given .I can reliably recommend EE, and will purchase from them again. Thank you.

My experience

What fantastic service, so rare these days!The TV I ordered online was, unknown to me, a discontinued model.Within an hour of ordering, I received a phone call from the store to advise me.The gentleman ( sorry I have forgotten his name) said that as a gesture of goodwill, they wouldsend me an updated model with no increase in the price I had already paid, extraordinary! As if that wasn't enough, I received ( free of charge ) the TV within 48 hours, exemplary! Many thanks to all who work for this company, you are a credit to the retail service.Maggie Jackson.
