Learnt of your website whilst looking for a particular Alphason TV stand.
Your price was excellent (25%) less than many retail outlets.
Contacted you and you did a quick stock check and within minutes had arranged a delivery from the manufacturer with onward delivery to me the day after.
A bit of a hiccup with the confirmation paperwork was the only issue but this was resolved after a quick phone call.
The stand arrived on the exact day you stated and is of excellent quality.

I wold like to put a review on your site, I have ordered a LG 37 inch LCD TV and the corresponding TV stand LGST42, may I say, although I was at first very reluctant to use an internet based company for such a major purchase for myself I have found dealing with your company a pleasure so far. From the moment I hit the order button I recieved a call from Dan in your customer services department who was extremely helpful, he gave me all the information I needed and although the TV I wanted was out of stock he was able to send me an alternative model, just as good and in fact a better model number. Dan helped me with the delivery as I told him I was at work and really could do with a phone call from the delivery driver prior so I could go home to accept it. Unlike a lot of companies, Dan actually done what he said and I got a call, went home to collect and back to work in 20 minutes, the guy from the delivery service actually said he preferred to do things this way as it really!
helped everyone concerned. I have not unpacked it yet but am looking forward to this. Should be no problems, if there are I am confident that it will be sorted swiftly and efficently. Just a few lines to say firstly congratulations on achieving ISO9000 in 2008, well done (I am a retird ISO Assessor), this was one of the main reasons that I used your company. I want to inform you of the excellent service which I have recieved from one of your colleagues. Due to some issues with my bank I had some difficulties with my payment. I was seriously considering the Hitachi 32LD8700 as an alternative - especially being that my mother's (who this is a Christmas gift for) current television is an Hitachi, that she has owned for over 25 years with no problems. So yes, I would be very pleased with the Hitachi 32LD8700 as a replacement.

Did have to chain them to the wall via the the bolt holes in the back, as they are pretty unstable, even with the spikes on my carpet. I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service that I received when I recently purchased a TV from you. I ordered it Thursday tea time, had email Friday morning to arrange delivery, which was made for the following Tuesday. TV was out of the box and sat in my lounge by 10.30 Tuesday morning. I ordered the LCD on Saturday morning and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon as promised but even better than that - TNT posted a 'Sorry we missed you' note through the door with the driver's mobile number on it so I rang him and he came back to my house at 5pm...Wow, what service!! Just a quick note to thank you for fantastic service and delivery. People are critical enough when things don't go quite right with purchases so I'm going to balance it out with some well deserved praise. After 2 months of hell dealing with Comet over a damaged 42" plasma I managed to get a full cash refund and started to look elsewhere for a replacement plasma. After browsing the net for a few hours, Pricerunner.co.uk recommended yourselves for price and service. After a few more hours of convincing myself to go with an internet company that is not local to me I took the plunge and ordered the Hitatch 42pd7200 plasma screen on Tuesday 14th March at approx 13:00. Today is Thursday 16th March and less than 48hrs after placing my order I am sitting at home with the Plasma all set up and am one happy customer. It's not very often that any company, whether shop based or internet based, can promise cheap prices, an accurate speedy delivery and pleasant sales staff. Again I pass on my thanks to you and will definitely be using and recommending you in the future.

The Pioneer 436 XDE arrived within about 24 hours of ordering and the TV was fitted on the wall during the following day. The initial setup proceeded smoothly and the first (unadjusted) pictures were exceptional. I have never seen anything so superb. I am using some old Wharfedale Linton speakers temporarily for sound, and they sound fantastic too. All-in-all: a very good week here for me. So thanks again for making everything go smoothly.
